Anyone registering for IGOF TRAUMA AND JOINT REPLACEMENT COURSE on 09th & 10th February 2019 @ The Taj Gateway Hotel, Calicut, Kerala shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions; if you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions please do not proceed further.

Only registered and confirmed participants can attend the IGOF TRAUMA AND JOINT REPLACEMENT COURSE on 09th & 10th February 2019 @ The Taj Gateway Hotel, Calicut, Kerala.
If you are registering as a Medical Practitioner a registration fee of Rs. 1000 needs to be paid through Online Funds Transfer or Cheque or DD. Account details for Online Funds Transfer will be emailed on the registered email id.
Payments made through Cheque or DD should be in favour of ‘IGOF’ payable in Chennai and to be mailed to INDO-GERMAN ORTHOPAEDIC FOUNDATION (IGOF) 4/112, Mount Poonamallee Road, Manapakkam, Chennai, India – 600 089. Ph: +91 44 4200 2288.
Your registration will be confirmed only after the payment is received.

If you are making the payment though Cheque or DD please enclose your registration details while you courier for us to verify the transaction.
We are not liable if your registration does not get delivered to us as it may be due to technical problems such as network connectivity, spam regulations or any other issues faced at the time of form submission
