The problems of trauma around the knee and revision joint replacement continue to pose unanswered questions to the young orthopaedic surgeon. The emerging, vibrant city of Vadodara has been chosen to play host to the International panel of experts in order to reach a consensus regarding treatment and surgical protocols.

Further, the "Mohandas - Weller Gold Medal" has been revived to encourage up and coming orthopaedic surgeons and will be given to the most promising young speaker.
